The system is equipped with an integrated seventh axis that allows reaching a maximum height of 2400 mm during palletizing operations. This provides greater flexibility in load placement and facilitates adaptation to different packaging needs.
CoboCell is designed with utmost safety in mind. It is equipped with a floor-mounted laser scanner that ensures a safe working environment without the need for physical barriers. The complete electrical panel, including the integrated PLC, provides reliable and stable control of the system.
The interaction with CoboCell occurs through a high-resolution touch monitor that provides an intuitive and user-friendly interface. The system is supported by palletizing management software that offers advanced features, including intelligent correction to ensure precise positioning of boxes on the pallet.
CoboCell is ready for the implementation of hardware and software according to the specifications of "Industry 4.0". Customers can customize the system through a folder in the PLC memory, allowing them to modify and insert new recipes in the same format. Communication via Ethernet provides access to a memory area capable of storing up to 10 data points, offering further flexibility and customization.
