Automation of tool loading/unloading operations for medium/large sized machines. The solution involves the construction of a circular tool magazine with a storage capacity of over 250 tools. The tool capacity is closely linked to the type of spindle connection, therefore it varies according to the modularity of the components. The interlock takes place via an anthropomorphic robot with a wrist capacity of up to 120 kg and with a double gripper to carry out the tool change.

Creation of vertical automatic tool magazines with Cartesian manipulator and gripper adapted to the tool attachment cone. The modularity of the components allows the capacity of the tool magazine to be varied according to the type of machine and the available dimensions, according to the customer's requests.

Construction of carousel pallet warehouses with central exchanger or linear with single-level or bi-level exchange and storage shuttle according to the customer's needs in terms of required autonomy and available space. Different sizes of pallets that can be handled through a modular gripping system that is easily adaptable to the standards of the various machine tools.
