Series C

The RoboCell C-Series is a complete solution for automating machine tools such as lathes, grinders, drillers, polishers, and other similar devices. This robotic cell consists of a Fanuc anthropomorphic robot with a dual gripper, a tilting station, and a tower storage with a vertical axis for pallet handling.

To ensure maximum user-friendliness, the RoboCell C is equipped with a touch screen monitor, while its electro-welded structure is designed to be compact and versatile. The three different configurations allow adapting the cell to the specific needs of machine tools, minimizing floor space occupation.

Despite its small size, the RoboCell C maintains important performance in terms of robot reach, component quality, CNC connection, connectivity, and above all, safety and management. All components used are of high quality, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and autonomous productivity even during unattended operating cycles.

Installation is easy thanks to self-centering feet, while operation and resetting are intuitive, suitable even for operators with less experience in automation. The cell can be easily moved from one machine to another using a manual pallet jack.

Different types of customizable standard grippers are available based on the workpiece type and customer requirements. Safety is ensured through the use of sophisticated systems and protective devices such as Fanuc DCS and Floor Laser Scanner, which control movement speed and detect the presence of people in the work area, guaranteeing operator safety.

The RoboCell C-Series also excels in user-friendliness and programming simplicity, enabling quick learning even for operators with no specific knowledge in robotics.
