Our journey began in 2011 with Provide Solution, a design studio that started engaging with a constantly evolving sector - mechanical and automation - driven by technological advancements. In our region, this sector is characterized by the coexistence of large, medium, and small-scale manufacturing companies, each with different needs.

Hence, the idea of focusing on flexibility, initially by dividing the studio into three independent departments: mechanical design, electrical design, and software development. Subsequently, we launched Labormak, a startup specializing in the design of custom-made special machines tailored to the client's specifications.

Labormak quickly expanded, moving from small-scale applications to the construction of entire plants and automated production lines. The expertise we gained in design and construction led us to broaden our offerings in 2019 by acquiring Intesa, a company specializing in service assistance for machine tools. In addition to these services, we also decided to introduce a new line of machining centers.

Through these strategic expansions, we have strengthened our position in the industry, catering to the diverse needs of our clients and adapting to the ever-changing landscape of mechanical engineering and automation. We continue to embrace innovation and remain dedicated to providing tailored solutions to our customers.

Provide Solution offers mechanical, electrical, and software design services, as well as technical consultancy for various application sectors. Founded in 2011 by experienced partners with extensive knowledge in the machine tool industry, it has evolved into a highly specialized design center. Our staff encompasses diverse expertise from different sectors, ensuring a wide range of skills, which is essential to be flexible in tackling different projects every day and living up to our motto: Infinitely achievable. Flexibility is our added value, enabling us to be a single point of contact for every need.

Intesa designs and constructs machining centers and continuously develops new implementations and models with the same quality orientation on which the company was founded since its first prototype. Furthermore, Intesa also provides assistance for the entire existing machine lineup: it is currently the sole reference company for all machines produced by this brand, with a team of specialized technicians ready to promptly address any mechanical, electrical, or software issues.

BirdTech, which stands for Business Innovation Research Development Technology, is our company specialized in research and development. Our goal is to introduce new technologies or innovative applications of existing technologies into every project. Thanks to BirdTech, we are able to undertake projects and assignments that require advanced applied research and create cutting-edge products and solutions. Our multidisciplinary team of experts collaborates with the mechanical, electrical, and software design departments of Provide Solution, as well as the production facilities of Labormak and Intesa. We are determined to promote innovation and reach new technological horizons.
